Elliott Gets Help

Elliott finally realizes the extent of his powers, and he finds a fellow magic user by the energy signature from their core. While he is unsure what the feeling itself is, he correctly identifies it as being related to his mysterious powers. They are able to direct him to the Department, who are shocked to discover his circumstances, given his adoption. He is granted permission to tell his family the situation, and he does so. This revelation about his nature causes a divide to grow between he and his unempowered brother, Aaron.
