Meeting a Flirty Stranger at the Amusement Park

February 13th: A catastrophic accident with the "Surge" rollercoaster kills roughly 30 people, with one person reported missing. Vincent sustains mortal injuries in the accident and is subsequently turned into a Vampire by William Solaire without consultation. He becomes the second Solaire progeny. The speed of the unempowered emergency response to the disaster did not allow the Department enough time to falsify his death, so he is officially labeled as "missing" by the unempowered authorities.
